Düzce is a medium scale city with around 350 000 inhabitants 35 000 of which are university students It has 230 km distance from both Istanbul and Ankara The city is on the north west coast of Turkey which provides the city with a direct link to Black Sea 40 km from Düzce).
It’s a green city covered with big forests The climate is a typical black sea climate which has 4 seasons It is very close to the Black Sea mountains forests waterfalls plain meadows and other natural beauties.

Accommodation
Participants will stay in fully furnished flats that are in the same site as our language center. There are two accommodation options: flats for 6 or 4 people. All flats have refregirator, cooker, oven, washing machine, tv, sofa, wardrobes, beds , kitchen utensils etc. It’s possible to cook and dine in the flats. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby as well as cafes and supermarkets.
As flats are in the university area , bus stops are in walking distance. There is also university hospital nearby, in case of emergency situations. The city center is 7 km from the site and it takes 10 minutes by bus. Site is on the road to Akçakoca, Black Sea coast , and it’s possible to take a bus at the nearest stop. It takes around 40 minutes to get to the sea.

Transportation
Flights to Turkey:
There are direct affordable flights to Turkey every season. Turkish Airlines Pegasus and Sunexpress are the most popular Turkish companies.
Transfer from/to the Airport:
We provide private transfers from/to the airport which will only take 2 hours to reach the location.
Buses to Düzce:
There are buses to Düzce every half hours. Bus companies that have direct buses to Düzce are Metro Turizm, Kamil Koç, Efe Tur, Düzce Güven and Ulusoy It usually takes 4 hours to reach Düzce by bus.
City Garage to Académie:
We provide free transportation from City Garage to Académie every hour. If you don't want to wait, you may also take a cab. Distance between city center and Académie is 7 km and takes 10 minutes.
